Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the cancellation of services provided by Vishwakarman Technology Pvt Ltd ("Vishwakarman Technology," "the Merchant," "we," or "us") and facilitated through the Khela.co.in platform and related web applications ("the Platform").
1. Scope and Applicability
This policy applies to all services offered, booked, and paid for by customers ("Clients" or "you") directly through Vishwakarman Technology's service portal on the Khela.co.in platform.

2. General Cancellation Conditions
- Written Request: All cancellation requests must be initiated by the Client in writing. This must be done via the Khela.co.in Platform interface (if available) or by emailing Vishwakarman Technology directly at the provided support address.
- Effective Date: The cancellation is effective from the date the written request is received and acknowledged by the Merchant.
- Platform Fees: Any non-refundable transaction, processing, or platform fees charged by Khela.co.in are subject to the Platform's own policies and are typically not included in the Merchant's refund amount.
3. Client-Initiated Cancellation and Refund Schedule
The refund eligibility is determined by the nature of the service and the stage of completion or the notice period provided.

- Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be requested at least [1] days before the next scheduled event date.
- Service End Date: The service will remain active and available until the end of the current paid event schedule.
- No Prorated Refund: No refunds will be issued for the partial remainder of the currently paid subscription period, regardless of usage.
4. Merchant-Initiated Cancellation
Vishwakarman Technology reserves the right to cancel a service or project due to unforeseen circumstances, unavailability of key personnel, or non-cooperation/breach of contract by the Client.
- Cancellation NOT due to Client Breach: If the cancellation is due to the Merchant's circumstances:
- If the service has not commenced, the Client receives a 100% full refund of all payments made.
- If the service has commenced, the Client receives a refund equal to the amount paid less the fair market value of the services demonstrably rendered up to the point of cancellation.
- Cancellation due to Client Breach: If the cancellation is due to the Client's failure to meet contractual obligations (e.g., non-payment, extreme non-cooperation), the Merchant reserves the right to retain the non-refundable deposit/retainer and charge for work completed, with no further refund due.
5. Refund Processing
- Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within [4] business days of the cancellation request being accepted.
- Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used by the Client for the purchase.
